Three Wildcards Added to Tattersalls Online March Sale

Three Wildcards have been added to the Tattersalls Online March Sale which will take place on 8 – 9 March. The sale now comprises of 27 Lots which includes 16 horses in/out of training, 3 mares, 6 two-year-olds and 2 point-to-pointers. 

Wildcard entries include the highly rated MORIKO DE VASSY offered as Lot 26 in the sale. A winner on four occasions, the six-year-old son of renowned National Hunt sire COKORIKO is out of MONA VASSY, herself the dam of Listed placed LISA DE VASSY and Grade 2 placed MOKA DE VASSY. 

Of the additional lots to feature is attractive National Hunt mare SACRE COEUR who will be offered by Jonjo O’Neill’s Jackdaws Castle. The seven-year-old daughter of MONTMARTRE is a five-time winner who also ran fourth in the Grade 2 Kingmaker Novice Chase. 

The sale has been supported with entries from trainers Mick Appleby, Ed Dunlop, Kevin Philippart de Foy, Marie Harding, Josh Halley, Edward Lynam, Rebecca Menzies, Amy Murphy, Jamie Osborne, Henry Spiller and Tom Lacey.

Prospective buyers are required to register or logon to join the sale ahead of the commencement of bidding from 12 noon, Wednesday 8th March. Bidding is scheduled to close from 12 noon on Thursday 9th March.
