Nine Wildcard Entries Complete Tattersalls Online March Sale Catalogue

Nine lots have been added to the Tattersalls Online March Sale which takes place on 4th – 5th March.

Olly Murphy’s Warren Chase Stables will offer impressive maiden hurdle winner DEXTERITY who took his career to new heights when scoring by seven and a half lengths at Ffos Las on Friday. A previous graduate of the Tattersalls Ireland May Store Sale, DEXTERITY began his career with a second-place finish in an Irish point-to-point for Cork based handler John Murphy. Since joining Warren Chase Stables, the son of SHANTOU finished runner-up on hurdles debut before shedding his maiden tag on his most recent start.

Another notable addition is promising point-to-pointer COULD BE YOU who made an eye-catching debut to finish second at Knockanard last weekend for handler Marie Harding. The five-year-old gelding boasts an impressive pedigree, being a half-brother to multiple winning hurdler RATFACEMCDOUGALL, and is out of a half-sister to Grade 1 Triumph Hurdle winner SPECTROSCOPE.

The dual Grade 3 placed hurdler MASTERMIND is being offered by Alan Fleming Racing. The son of NATHANIEL has demonstrated consistent graded form, finishing second in the Grade 3 Winning Fair Juvenile Hurdle, third in the Grade 3 Fishery Lane Hurdle, as well as being placed over fences.

Amongst the fillies and mares to be added, Ballynure Park Stud consign CAPE SPIRIT who is already the dam of two winners from four runners and is being offered in foal to leading National Hunt sire AUTHORIZED. 

Meanwhile, Spencer Sales will offer BLETCHLEY STORM, a four-time winner who is out of Listed winning hurdler MYSTERY CODE, who hails from a top dual-purpose family.

Also joining the catalogue are EVENING’S EMPIRE, a two-time winning filly who is a half-sister to dual listed placed TEMPUS IGGANNADU, consigned by Eddie & Patrick Harty Racing, and an unraced three-year old filly by MEHMAS from Richard Fahey’s Musley Bank Stables.
